The candidate for Prime Minister cannot be a member of any party or group, representing interests. This was stated by Bishop Bagrat.

"Since this struggle is nationwide, aimed at the victory of truth and the march of the immortals," he said.

When the people began to chant his name, Bishop Bagrat remarked, "I was not talking about myself." He also recalled that he had been a member of the ARF until his ordination in 1994.

"During these days, many people have joined us. I am confident that when our programs become concrete concerning the process of distrust and the Prime Minister's candidacy, we will have several hundred thousand here," he stated.
