Former Ombudsman Tatoyan's Name Circulates as Prime Minister Candidate: His Commentary
I did not come to discuss this issue; I came to support Bishop Bagrat and all those who are fighting for their rights. This was stated by Armenia's former Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan, who joined the ‘Tavush for the Homeland’ movement's march, responding to comments about his name being mentioned as a candidate for Prime Minister.
According to Tatoyan, the process referred to as border delineation is illegal. “This process does not comply with any international demand, and it disrupts our security system. These commissions have no legal basis. This process grossly contradicts our interests, creating a stereotype that a legal border delineation is taking place,” he asserted, insisting that official statements indicate there is no agreement.
Tatoyan further noted that a highly dangerous process has begun against the church, stating that the authorities are targeting the church and the bishop.
