Video: When ethnic cleansing occurred in Artsakh, the government said it was safe; now they claim Kiran is safe. Garnik Danielyan
"I regret to say that one day Azerbaijanis will enter Kiran. They will come in, slaughter people, and the government will say, 'Feel safe,'" said MP Garnik Danielyan during a conversation with journalists in the village of Solak on May 6.
“At the time when ethnic cleansing was taking place in Artsakh and people were being slaughtered, the government claimed that Artsakh was safe, and now they're saying that Kiran is safe too,” he added.
“They say, 'Well, we've been given demands; if we don't fulfill them, there will be war.' But what will you do if they make demands again tomorrow? Are you a government, or what are you? They have zero responsibility towards their own people,” the MP addressed the authorities.
