Azerbaijan is Developing New Steps to Occupy Armenia, President Considers Territory to be 100,000 sq.km: Tatoyan

It should not be forgotten that Azerbaijani armed forces have occupied territories in Armenia's Syunik, Vayots Dzor, and Gegharkunik regions. Territories in Tavush have also been occupied by Azerbaijan. This was stated by Armenia's former Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan on his Facebook page.

He also noted, “Azerbaijani armed personnel refuse to leave these territories. Moreover, new steps to occupy Armenia are being developed. The President of Azerbaijan considers the real size of his country's territory to be not 86.6, but 100,000 sq.km. Therefore, today's security challenges should be viewed in a broader context and within the entire system, with all details in connection.”
