Video: 'I urge you, do not dare to' - Tensions rise in the National Assembly

Tensions escalated in the National Assembly during the speech of ruling party MP Arthur Hovhannisyan. The head of the "Armenia" faction, Seyran Ohanyan, and secretary Artsvik Minasyan addressed him informally, which led to Hovhannisyan's irritation.

"Do not speak to me informally; I urge you, do not dare to," the MP from the ruling party stated, causing the atmosphere to become heated. Deputy Speaker Hakob Arshakyan then deprived Artsvik Minasyan of the right to speak for the remainder of the day.
