VIDEO: "I Have Closed the Interstate Road Alone" Says Bishop Bagrat

"I have closed the interstate road alone," said Bishop Bagrat, adding, "I am simply ashamed of the Armenian police." He made these statements as he faced restrictions preventing him from visiting the residents of Kiran.

Bishop Bagrat was denied entry into Kiran, including through the alternative Acharqut-Kiran road.

As previously reported, Bishop Bagrat and MP Artur Sargsyan were transferring goods to Kiran via Acharqut village. They set off on foot towards Kiran.
