VIDEO: Archbishop Bagrat Denied Access to Kiranq, Locals Descend to Meet Him

Police have denied Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan of the Tavush Diocese access to Kiranq, as he sought to assess the condition of villagers affected by the recent actions of special forces.
However, a group of locals from Kiranq made their way to meet with the Archbishop instead. The head of the Tavush Diocese wished them strength and courage, and asked them to convey the message: "We will return."
