Emergency Incident and Explosion in Kotayk Province

Today, April 30, an emergency incident occurred in Kotayk Province. At approximately 05:15, the police station in Hrazdan received a call from 65-year-old Artzruni M., a resident of Kotayk Province, who reported that near the charging point on the road from the Mikroshtuyan neighborhood of Hrazdan city to the Zovaber community, a security staff member of the 'Mamur' hotel had their service area’s glass broken through the act of throwing an object resembling an explosive, which was then detonated.

As reported by Shamshyan.com, the police and patrol officers determined that around 04:00, an unknown person had thrown a plastic bottle at the window of the guard's room at the Mamur hotel complex located on the Hrazdan-Zovaber-Ddmasen highway. As a result, the window's glass shattered and the bottle fell into the room; fortunately, the guard was not inside at that moment, resulting in an explosion.
