Photos: Public Dining Facility's Production Activities Suspended in Tsaghkadzor

The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspectorate's Kotayk Regional Center have conducted regulatory measures at a public dining facility belonging to 'REST CONCEPT' LLC (located at 20 Orbeli Brothers Street, Tsaghkadzor).

According to the Food Safety Inspectorate (FSI), during the inspection, it became evident that the dining facility was operating in violation of established sanitary and hygienic norms. Specifically:

• The facility's kitchen lacks a sufficient number of well-located sinks equipped with hot and cold water for handwashing.
• The kitchen floor is damaged and does not have a smooth surface.
• The working surfaces are not maintained in a renovated condition.
• The bathroom door directly opens into the food processing rooms.

By decision of the head of the inspectorate, the production activities of the public dining facility have been suspended, and a deadline has been set for correcting the identified violations.
