Stoltenberg Announces NATO Solidarity with Germany and Britain in Confrontation with Russia

NATO allies are united with Germany and Great Britain in the quest to halt Russia's "hostile activities" in their territories. This statement was made by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, as reported by the Prime agency.

During a press conference held in Berlin, Stoltenberg reminded that recent charges had been brought against a group of individuals in Germany, accusing them of espionage, sabotage, and pro-Russian activities. He described their actions as "dangerous and unacceptable," emphasizing the solidarity among allies in this matter.

On April 18, suspects believed to be working for Russian special services were arrested in Germany. The investigation suggests they were planning to set fire to and blow up military and industrial sites involved in assisting Ukraine. Potential targets include a military training ground where American soldiers train Ukrainian partners on managing Abrams tanks.

On April 21, a local resident in Great Britain was arrested for allegedly violating provisions of national security laws in favor of Russia. The investigation is being conducted by the anti-terrorism unit of Scotland Yard, with details not yet disclosed.
