Brawl Among Group of Young People Prevented: Brothers on Both Sides Involved

On April 25, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Aragatsotn Regional Police and the patrol officers of the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs, through operational actions, prevented a vendetta among a group of individuals in the Aragatsotn region.

At approximately 01:40, operational information was received at the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ashtarak Police about a dispute occurring near the well-known former "Gayi Post" along the Yerevan-Ashtarak highway, which escalated into a brawl.

According to Shamshyan.com from the scene, police and patrol officers determined that residents of the Kotayk region, 42-year-old Samvel O., 26-year-old Daniel O., and 30-year-old Garegin E. from the Aragatsotn region, along with a yet-to-be-identified individual named David I., assaulted residents of Aragatsotn region, 25-year-old Norair Sh. and 29-year-old Igith Sh.

It became clear at the scene that Samvel and Daniel S. are brothers, as are Norair and Igith Sh. Additionally, it was discovered that one of the participants crashed a "Niva" vehicle into another car and subsequently collided with a stone wall, causing it to collapse.
