VIDEO: Fire Alarm on Tumanyan Street

On April 25, at 20:16, the National Center for Crisis Management received a report of a fire that broke out on the roof of a building on Tumanyan Street in Yerevan. Two firefighting units from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Yerevan rescue service and one aerial ladder were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the fire had originated in the chimney of one of the restaurants located on Tumanyan Street. The fire was contained by 20:33 and extinguished by 21:29. Approximately 30 grams of accumulated greasy residue and about 20 grams of cables were burned in the chimney.
