Gyumri Paralyzed: Why Anna Hakobyan Is Going There
As already known, Prime Minister's wife Anna Hakobyan is going to Gyumri today.
According to ArmLur.am, Anna Hakobyan will participate in the opening ceremony of a cross-stone dedicated to a soldier who fell during the 44-day war, near the 45th secondary school in Gyumri.
The opening ceremony is being organized by the mayor of Gyumri, Vardges Samsonyan. The site reports that at this moment, Gyumri is paralyzed, and there is a large police presence.
