Reserve Colonel Mihran Makhsudyan Summoned to Military Investigative Department

Several houses in the village of Kiran will enter Azerbaijani territory, and these people, unlike some without self-respect, have dignity and want to preserve their homes and graves, so they do not fall into the hands of the Turk; I feel the same way. This was stated by Reserve Colonel Mihran Makhsudyan during a conversation with reporters, who was summoned to the Military Investigative Department.

“I am fighting for my land, on which the blood of people has not yet dried, and today they say, ‘Come live with the Azerbaijanis.’ If there is such a person in Armenia who is going to live with the Turk, I will give my house in Voskepar, and the people of Kiran will also give theirs; let them come and live there. I am not ready to take such a step,” said Makhsudyan.

He noted that he is not afraid of criminal cases or imprisonment. “I was not involved in the fire case in Azat village. But now they have decided to involve me, and it is clear why. Do not intimidate me: I am fighting for a just cause—for my homeland,” he stated.

“I have chosen my path—freedom, death, or prison. My mission is to protect my land so that it is not given to the Turk unilaterally,” concluded Mihran Makhsudyan.
