IKM Files Criminal Report with Three Episodes Regarding UAZ Incident

The "Initiative for Civic Engagement" (IKM) has submitted a criminal report to the Prosecutor's Office concerning the UAZ incident, detailing three distinct episodes of wrongdoing.

The first episode pertains to the attempted vehicular assault on peaceful protesters by the driver of the vehicle, falling under Article 236 of the Criminal Code (Obstruction of the Conduct of Gatherings or Participation Therein).

The second episode addresses the failure of police officers to prevent or respond to the attempted vehicular assault, in violation of Article 446 of the Criminal Code (Official Negligence).

Lastly, the third episode involves the apparent illegal detention of individuals Mkrtchyan Henrik, Asatryan Gorg, and Ghazaryan Hovsep, who were not present at the scene of the incident, potentially violating Article 478 of the Criminal Code (Illegal Arrest or Detention).
