VIDEO: Russian Tourists Protest at Dubai Airport

A mini-riot has erupted at Dubai International Airport as Russian tourists find themselves stranded for the third consecutive day. Protesters were chanting "home" and clapping, with the demonstration lasting approximately 30 minutes.

According to the tourists, representatives from Emirates Airlines have been ignoring their pleas. They reported receiving only one food voucher for McDonald's, which contained no food.

The disruption in air travel in Dubai has been attributed to heavy rains and flooding. The Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Airports informed WAM agency that the airport is aiming to return to full regular operations within 24 hours.
