It is a little incomprehensible to me that the villages are coming directly under fire: this issue is being manipulated - Arayik Harutyunyan
The Head of the Prime Minister's Office, Arayik Harutyunyan, stated in an interview with Petros Ghazaryan on Public Television that he finds the concern regarding Azerbaijan gaining territories from Tavush and moving the Armenian army to positions that would place Tavush's Armenian villages directly in the line of Azerbaijani fire incomprehensible.
"It is a little incomprehensible to me that the villages are coming directly under fire. We can consider that the villages are under direct fire even now, but if we are talking about direct fire in the 21st century, today it is the capitals of two neighboring countries that are under direct fire, given how technology has developed and how it is used. In other words, discussing this as if they are coming under direct fire is not accurate, this issue is being manipulated," he said.
