Rescue Workers Discover Injured Bird of Prey

On April 16, at 10:50 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report regarding an injured bird spotted near the entrance of building 60 on Gyrjyan Street in Yerevan. Assistance from rescue workers was requested to capture the bird and safely transfer it to a secure area.
A team from the special rescue operations department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers found the injured bird of prey (registered in the Red Book of Armenia) and transported it to the Yerevan Zoo.
