What is the Condition of the One-Year-Old Child Who Fell from a Window?
A one-year-old child has been admitted to the "Holy Astvatsamayr" medical center after falling from a third-floor window onto the second-floor roof (canopy) and then to the ground. This information has been reported by the "Holy Astvatsamayr" hospital.
The child was first taken by car to the "Muratsan" hospital and then transferred by ambulance to the "Holy Astvatsamayr" hospital. A poly-organ computer tomography (CT) scan was performed. It revealed a fracture of the vertex bone on the right side, a fracture of the forehead bone on the left side with an extension into the anterior cranial fossa, an epidural hematoma in the frontal area, and liver rupture with a questionable status.
The child's condition is currently assessed as extremely severe. They are in the intensive care unit under the supervision of doctors from the "Holy Astvatsamayr" medical center.
Previously, it was reported that on April 15, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan. At around 09:45 AM, an unknown individual brought a child to the Yerevan Hero of the Fatherland Hospital No. 1. The child had accidentally fallen from their home’s third-floor window onto the "kazyryok" of a neighboring house on the second floor, from where they fell to the ground.
