“The U.S. and Western officials expect Israel to respond quickly to the Iranian attacks, possibly as soon as Monday,” the newspaper states. Although the newspaper does not name specific officials, it quotes a senior member of President Joe Biden's administration regarding a conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in which the American leader attempted to urge Israel to refrain from hasty retaliation against the Iranian attack.

“I think the president had a discussion about being careful to consider all options to slow down the course of events, given what we’ve had to go through,” the official's words are quoted by the newspaper.
