Pashinyan Notes One of the Biggest Problems of the 44-Day War
Julya
One of the biggest problems during the 44-day war was that the army did not know how to orient itself. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made this statement during a session in the National Assembly.
“Yes, we were at fault for coming in for two years and not managing to teach the army, which has been around for 30 years, how to orient itself in the terrain,” he said.
According to Pashinyan, there is significant waste related to quality in the army. He also stated that people tell him that the state system is not functioning properly.
“This is also due to the issue of qualifications,” noted Pashinyan.
