Bayramov Addresses Armenian-Azerbaijani Negotiation Process

It is important for Armenia to respond positively to Azerbaijan's efforts towards peace. This was stated by the head of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Jeyhun Bayramov, during his visit to Uzbekistan.
