Russians Achieve Tactical Success Periodically, Says Sirsky

The situation on the Eastern front has significantly worsened in recent days. The Russians are increasing their efforts through the deployment of new units, which allows them to periodically achieve tactical successes. This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Alexander Sirsky.

It was noted that following the elections in Russia, offensive operations have intensified, and the hot, dry weather is only helping them carry out these offensives. "This is primarily linked to the significant activation of enemy offensive operations following the presidential elections in Russia," Sirsky stated.

“The enemy is actively attacking our positions in the Liman and Bakhmut directions with assault groups, supported by armored vehicles. In the Pokrovsk direction, they are attempting to break through our defenses using dozens of tanks,” emphasized the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
