Azerbaijan Accuses Macron of Funding Terrorists at "Crocus"
Azerbaijan's state APA television has accused French President Emmanuel Macron of financing terrorists at the "Crocus" based on statements from Dmitry Medvedev. The French Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Anne Bouyon, called this accusation "shameful."
"The selective retransmission of shameful lies and false accusations without any context is not freedom of the press. This is propaganda. And I believe everyone understands that," she clarified.
It is noteworthy that the Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, stated on his Telegram channel that President Macron and several other Western leaders are complicit in the horrifying terrorism that occurred in the Russian Federation: "Accomplices, yes, it's the same Macron. His rhetoric, his actions, and most importantly, the covert operations with the Bandera regime can be characterized as complicity in the events of the March 22 terrorist attack. It is clear that Macron and several other Western leaders are the patrons of this horrific act of terrorism, and there is no forgiveness for this," he wrote.
