Azerbaijan Opens Fire on Armenian Positions: Ministry of Defense of Armenia

On April 5 at 17:05, Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire on Armenian positions in the Chinari area of Tavush province, and again at 17:30 in the Verin Shorzha area of Gegharkunik province. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia stated that the message from the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan regarding an alleged incident at 17:25 on April 5, where Armenian forces supposedly fired on Azerbaijani positions in the northeastern portion of the border zone, is yet another piece of misinformation.
