Armenia is Not the Aggressor and Has No Plans to Attack Azerbaijan: Petel

Based on observations from the European Union's civilian mission in Armenia, Tuvo Klaar has clearly stated that no unusual military movements have been observed along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

This was noted by Ann-Laurence Petel, the President of the France-Armenia Friendship Group in the French National Assembly, on her microblog.

“Josep Borrell, it is urgent that you speak with a strong EU voice to confirm the statement of your special representative: Armenia is not the aggressor and has no plans to attack Azerbaijan,” emphasized the MP.
