Ninth Person Arrested in ‘Crocus’ Terror Case

The Basman Court in Moscow has detained Nazrimad Lutfulloy, the ninth defendant involved in the terrorist attack at 'Crocus,' until May 22. He is charged with terrorism leading to the death of an individual (Article 205, Part 3, Clause 'b' of the Criminal Code). This was reported by RTVI.

The court session was held behind closed doors to maintain the confidentiality of the investigation and to ensure the safety of participants, as reported by Interfax-ru.

According to the 112 Telegram channel, Lutfulloy exhibited inappropriate behavior, leading to his hands and feet being bound.

The 24-year-old Lutfulloy was born in Tajikistan, has permanent registration in the republic, holds a higher education degree, but is currently unemployed. According to the defendant, he lived in a dormitory near the 'Shchelkovo' metro station in Moscow.
