Haygaz Baghmanyan's Guilt Not Established, Witness Against Him Owes One Million Dollars to Bank: 'Zhoghovurd'
Although various criminal cases have been initiated against Haygaz Baghmanyan, the commander of the Armenian military corps, their validity is not confirmed. This is reported by the 'Zhoghovurd' newspaper.
"In particular, in 2021, the director of 'Seyran Khalatyan' LLC filed a report against the Baghmanyan brothers on charges of deprivation of property, kidnapping, and extortion. Years later, this report was not substantiated, and it has recently become clear that the LLC director owes astronomical amounts to banks. Likely, it was a convenient opportunity in the aftermath of the revolution to find someone to blame among the former officials and attribute the debts to him. In reality, he has accumulated debts, and it is possible that this is the reason behind the entire process," the newspaper stated.
