Russia Knew About Terrorist Preparation for More Than a Month, Budanov Says

Ukrainian Chief of Defense Intelligence, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, has stated that Russia was aware of preparations for a terrorist act within its territory in advance.

“At least since February 15, 2024, the Russian Federation knew about the preparations. I will tell you more; this information was passed through the intelligence agency of a group in Syria. It then went to Moscow. And let them not tell fairy tales that everything materialized from nowhere,” he said during the Third International Conference on Strategic Communications.
