We Haven't Slept a Day with Putin: Lukashenko

The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has commented on the "long silence" of Russian President Vladimir Putin following the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. According to Lukashenko, he hasn’t "slept a day" with his Russian counterpart while organizing cooperation efforts. This information has been reported by the leader's official website and is referenced by gazeta.ru.

“Why did I say this? Because these fugitives (theirs and ours) began to blame Putin saying, ‘Something happened, but he is silent, he is not speaking, and so on.’ Yes, we haven’t slept for a day with Putin. What do they know about that? There has been constant cooperation,” said Lukashenko.

The state leader emphasized that throughout the aftermath of the terrorist attack, the Belarusian and Russian sides have coordinated their efforts systematically.
