Authorities Urge Vigilance as Pothole Repair Work Begins in Yerevan

Pothole repair works in Yerevan will commence starting tomorrow. This was announced by Haik Kostanyan, the press secretary of the Yerevan mayor, on his Facebook page.

“Dear residents of Yerevan, esteemed colleagues, I would like to inform you that starting from March 27, 2024, pothole repair works will begin in the city of Yerevan. Due to the urgent nature of the work, operations will also take place during night hours. Therefore, with the aim of ensuring road traffic safety and the safety of those conducting the work, we kindly ask drivers to adhere to traffic rules and remain vigilant,” he wrote.

He also noted that the pothole repair works will be carried out as follows: one day for cutting the damaged road surface and one day for installing new asphalt cover. We apologize for the temporary inconveniences caused.
