Two Terrorists Involved in Crocus Attack Left Turkey for Moscow on Same Flight to Extend Residency Permit in Russia
Two individuals accused of involvement in the Crocus terrorist attack arrived in Moscow on the same flight on March 2, according to Reuters, citing a source in Turkey. The source indicates that the terrorists, who are citizens of Tajikistan, briefly traveled to Turkey to extend their residence permit in Russia.
Earlier reports indicated that the Russian Investigative Committee has sought the arrest of three additional suspects connected to the Crocus terrorist attack. All three bear the surname Islomov, likely indicating they are family members. Preliminary information suggests that the Islomovs sold the same white Renault car used by the attackers in the Crocus incident.
This information comes from a source reported by the 112 Telegram channel. Investigators have not yet revealed how else the Islomovs may have participated in organizing the mass murders.
