NSS Prevents Over 2 Million Cyberattack Attempts

As of the end of 2023, approximately 20% of employees undergoing certification at the National Security Service (NSS) have achieved positive results, according to NSS Director Armen Abazyan. He added that the salaries of certified employees have increased by an average of about 57%.

Abazyan also addressed cybersecurity, noting that more than 2 million attempts at cyberattacks have been thwarted. Additionally, the NSS has uncovered 204 corruption-related crimes, primarily linked to customs, healthcare, economics, and law enforcement systems, as well as efforts against money laundering.
