Russia's Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev has stated that all those responsible for the recent terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall near Moscow must be killed.

“Everyone is asking me what to do. They have been caught. Long live all those who have caught them. Should they be killed? They should be, and it will happen. But it is far more important to kill all those involved. Everyone—those who paid, who sympathized, who helped. Kill them all,” the former Russian president wrote on his Telegram channel.
