The Vice President of the Union of Shopping Centers, Marat Manasyan, stated, 'The damage to the Crocus City Hall from the terror attack amounts to about 250-300 thousand rubles per square meter, and the total damage value can be estimated at 9.5 to 11.4 billion rubles.'
