Russia is at War, Says Peskov

“The special military operation in Ukraine has already turned into a war due to Western intervention,” stated Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.

“We are at war. Yes, it started as a special military operation, but when the collective West became involved on the side of Ukraine, for us, it has already turned into a war. I am convinced of this. And everyone should understand this for their internal mobilization,” noted the Kremlin representative.
