Human Rights Defender Responds to the Arrest of Narek Samsonyan

The staff of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia reports that in connection with the video circulated on the internet regarding the arrest of Narek Samsonyan, an investigation has been launched following the instruction of the Human Rights Defender.

As part of the investigation, a rapid response visit has been carried out at the instruction of the Defender, and at this moment, representatives of the Defender are present at the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia.
