Personnel Changes in the Prosecutor's Office: What is Known

The Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia has undergone personnel changes according to the orders of Anna Vardapetyan for January, February, and March 2024.

Filiana Belluyan has been appointed as the prosecutor of the Department for the Protection of State Interests, having been relieved of her duties as the senior prosecutor of the Military Prosecutor's Office in Yerevan.

David Harutyunyan has been appointed as the senior prosecutor of the Department for Legislative Oversight of Pre-trial Proceedings at the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Office of the Prosecutor General, having been relieved from his position as a prosecutor in the same department.

Kim Harutyunyan, prosecutor of the International Legal Cooperation Department, has been transferred to the prosecutor's position in the Department for Crimes Against Constitutional Order, State, and Public Security.

Abgar Arakelyan, Deputy Head of the Department for Crimes Against Public Health, has been relieved of his duties.

Hayk Movsisyan, senior prosecutor of the Department for Crimes Against Economic Activities, has also been relieved of his position.

Arthur Melikyan, Deputy Prosecutor of the Central and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan, has been dismissed from his position.

Arsen Kostanyan has been appointed as the prosecutor of the Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts of Yerevan, effective March 22, 2024.

Hrachya Asatryan, a prosecutor from the Kotayk region, has been transferred to the prosecutor's position in the Central and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan.

Karen Barseghyan, senior prosecutor of the Yerevan Prosecutor's Office, has been relieved of his duties.

Armen Mikayelyan has been appointed as the prosecutor of the Gegharkunik region's Prosecutor's Office.

Galust Ghazaryan has been appointed as the prosecutor of the Armavir region's Prosecutor's Office.

Eduard Andreasyan has been appointed as the prosecutor of the Kotayk region's Prosecutor's Office.

Gohar Adonts, senior prosecutor of the Syunik Military Prosecutor's Office, has been relieved of her position.

Karen Karapetyan has been appointed as the prosecutor of the Yerevan Military Prosecutor's Office.

Alik Grigoryan, a prosecutor at the number 1 military garrison, has been transferred to the prosecutor's position at the Ararat Military Prosecutor's Office.

Vahagn Iskandaryan, deputy prosecutor at the number 2 military garrison, has been transferred to the position of deputy prosecutor of the Syunik Military Prosecutor's Office.

David Navasardyan has been appointed as the senior prosecutor in the division overseeing particularly important cases against military service, having been relieved from his position as a prosecutor in the same department.

Arkadi Mkrtchyan has been appointed as the deputy prosecutor of the Gegharkunik Military Prosecutor's Office, having been relieved of his position as senior prosecutor in the same garrison.
