Activities of 'Tsiatsan' Nursery-Kindergarten Kitchen Suspended

The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspection Body's Ararat Regional Center conducted supervisory measures at the kitchen of the 'Tsiatsan' nursery-kindergarten in the Noramarg village of the Masis municipality in the Ararat region.

During the inspection, it became evident that the kitchen was operating in violation of established sanitary and hygienic standards. In particular, the design, construction, and placement of the kitchen, including its ceilings and upper fixtures, did not prevent the accumulation of dirt, contact with toxic substances, intrusion of foreign particles into food, or condensation of steam, which could lead to the undesirable growth of mold on surfaces.

As a result, the food safety regulatory authority has suspended the production activities of the kindergarten's kitchen and set a deadline for eliminating the identified violations.
