During the Q&A session between the National Assembly and the government, the atmosphere significantly escalated. After the question from Levon Kocharyan, a member of the "Hayastan" faction, another question was posed by fellow faction member Garnik Danielyan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan responded, stating, "When the guy at the head of your political force asked a question, I answered that..." Following this remark, an uproar broke out in the hall.

“Calm down,” shouted Ruben Rubinyan, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, from his seat. “Silence, silence,” he continued to yell. However, shouts continued to be heard from the audience.

“You calm down, your mouth...” screamed Hakob Arshakyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly.

Pashinyan expressed, “I want to understand if our opposition or a specific individual felt bad about the word 'head' or 'guy.' If he is not the guy at the head, let him declare that he is not the guy at the head. What is the problem?”

He noted that last time he also advised the “little guy at the head” to keep himself in check, otherwise, he knows what could happen: “I warned the little guy at the head.”

“Mr. Kocharyan, be quiet, be quiet, be quiet,” Rubinyan shouted. Meanwhile, Pashinyan reiterated, “I warned the little guy at the head to keep himself in check; otherwise, you know what is going to happen.”

Rubinyan then announced, “Mr. Kocharyan, I am now issuing a warning; if this kind of behavior is repeated, I will remove you from the hall, in the best case. In the worst case, I will not remove you and will solve this issue in another way.”
