Macron Does Not Respond to Question About Possible Arrest of Putin
French President Emmanuel Macron has declined to answer whether Vladimir Putin would be arrested in France if he were to visit the country. The Russian president does not plan to come to France, which means that the question of his arrest in the republic is currently neither relevant nor urgent.
