Azerbaijan Extorts Interviews Under Pressure: 'Hraparak'

It has been reported that the interviews of the political and military leaders of Artsakh to be aired by Baku's media outlets have raised concerns within Artsakh circles. The focus is on the former Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Levon Mnatsakanyan, and Arayik Harutyunyan, whose interviews, according to the announcement, are set to be published on March 28. This was noted by the newspaper 'Hraparak'.

“An official from Artsakh shared that through certain channels they learned that Azerbaijan has pressured them to make statements asserting that they bore no primary responsibility during the military operations against Azerbaijan, and that the procedures of the Defense Army were such that they were subordinated to the Armed Forces of Armenia, among other claims. With this, Azerbaijan is attempting to gain a legitimate basis for attacks against Armenia,” the report stated.
