Video: This indicates that a war will start by the end of the week - Pashinyan
During a meeting with residents of the village of Voskepar in the Tavush region, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan responded to a question from one resident, stating that one could now leave the hall and claim that there would be no issue of border demarcation and delimitation, but according to him, this would not go without consequences.
"...This indicates that a war will start by the end of the week. Then I know what will happen at the end of the war. In Yerevan, when we see each other, you will say, 'We were the peasant people, we had no such information,' but didn’t you have that much information? What were you doing?" he said.
The Prime Minister informed that the authorities' current task is to establish a border such that there would be an internationally recognized barrier, and no shots should be fired from there. "If we are giving something, we are doing it to demand something in return; Azerbaijan has been in the position of a claimant for 30 years, gradually receiving, and we should also receive step by step, but to receive, we must demand what legally belongs to us," the Prime Minister noted.
He also added that this does not mean that no roads will be built in Tavush anymore, and the villages will be fully supported in every respect.
