VIDEO: Terrorist Attack Prepared on Railway in Crimea, Prevented
A terrorist attack has been prevented in Crimea. A Ukrainian special services agent was arrested who was planning to set fire to the relay station of the railway to disrupt military transportation. This was announced today by the Russian FSB.
“As a result of operations conducted in Simferopol, a citizen of Russia, born in 1999, was arrested, who was preparing to carry out a terrorist act on instructions from Ukrainian special services by igniting the relay station of the 'Crimean Railway' state enterprise, with the aim of disrupting military transportation,” the statement said.
It has been reported that the arrested individual was found in possession of homemade incendiary devices and communication equipment that contains correspondence with a Ukrainian coordinator.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the preparation of terrorism. The involvement of a woman in state treason is also being documented. Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code provides for life imprisonment for this crime. A video has been released showing how the Russian FSB arrested a 24-year-old Russian woman who was preparing a terrorist act on the railway.
