Trump Claims 'Bloody Bath' If He Loses Presidential Bid

Former U.S. President Donald Trump stated during a rally in Ohio that there would be a "bloody bath" if he is not re-elected in November, NBC News reports.

The rally aimed to garner support for Republican Senate candidate Bernie Moreno, whom Trump endorsed in December ahead of Ohio's primary elections. During his speech, Trump expressed his stance on China's economic policies and his actions regarding them.

"If you listen to me, President Xi (and we are friends), he understands how I operate. These massive auto-manufacturing monstrosities that you are now building in Mexico... you are not going to hire Americans and sell us cars, no. We are going to impose a 100% tariff on every car that crosses the border, and you will not be able to sell those cars if I am elected," Trump said.

According to the former president, if he does not win, it will be a "bloody bath for the country." He added, "If I don’t win this election, I’m not sure there will be any other elections in this country."

Trump also referred to those involved in the January 6 Capitol riot as "hostages," claiming they have been treated unfairly and expressing his intention to rectify this if he becomes president.

During the event, Trump remarked that undocumented immigrants are "not people," adding that he had not been allowed to say so because radical leftists deem it a terrible thing. He advised Catholics not to vote for Biden, stating, "Any Catholic who votes for this idiot is crazy, as you are being persecuted." Biden is the second Catholic president ever elected in the United States.
