According to 'Factinfo', one of the recent high-profile buyers of auctioned 'gold' license plates is connected to the ruling elite. The publication has learned that the '00 DD 000' license plate on a Rolls-Royce Specter vehicle circulating in Yerevan belongs to Samvel Aleksanyan's son-in-law, Davit Davtyan. He is the son of the director of 'Моя семья' company.

The market value of the vehicle is approximately $700,000. It is noteworthy that it was previously reported that another 'gold' license plate, '00 OO', was acquired by the father of the mayor of Goris, Arush Arushanyan, who drives the vehicle himself and has already been fined by the police for driving under the influence. Additionally, he was stripped of his driving license for a year.
