The Presidents of Iran and Azerbaijan to Meet at the Border

The Presidents of Azerbaijan and Iran will visit Khudafarin, where they will hold a meeting. This information was provided to Azerbaijani media by the Iranian ambassador in Azerbaijan, Seyid Abbas Mousavi.

“An inauguration ceremony for the Khudafarin and Giz Galasi hydroelectric power stations and their corresponding dams will take place at the border with the participation of the leaders of both countries,” said the diplomat.

He added that the energy ministers of both countries will also meet during this occasion. The ambassador noted that work will also be carried out towards the rapid operational use of the Araz Bridge crossing point, as well as the road and railway line on the Aghbend Bridge.
