Do Not Trust Fake Pages and Do Not Provide Any Personal Information: 'HayPost' Warns

‘HayPost’ has issued a statement warning individuals not to trust fake pages and to refrain from providing any personal information.

“We are receiving reports that fraudsters are once again exploiting the name of ‘HayPost’. This time, citizens are receiving messages purportedly from HayPost, stating that their package has arrived at a warehouse but cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information. They are then asked to confirm their address within 12 hours by clicking on a fake link provided by them.

We inform you that ‘HayPost’ has no connection to these messages. We urge citizens to pay attention to the phone number from which they are receiving these messages, as well as to the website link, which is again unofficial.

Dear customers, please do not trust fake pages and do not provide any personal information, nor click on unknown links.

Furthermore, ‘HayPost’ customers receive package-related messages from an official phone number when their shipment is at the post office. The message also includes an official link through which they can order deliveries.

For information regarding ‘HayPost’ services and offers, we recommend that you only use official sources,” the statement reads.
