Charles Michel Makes Sardonic Post About Putin

The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, made a sardonic post on his microblog regarding Vladimir Putin, congratulating him on winning the presidential elections.

“I would like to congratulate Vladimir Putin on today’s crushing victory in the elections that are starting. There is no opposition, there is no freedom, there is no choice,” Michel wrote.

It should be noted that the presidential elections in Russia commenced today and will last for three days, concluding on the main election day, March 17.
