Are Price Changes Expected in the Egg Market in Armenia? Discussion Held with Producers at the CPC

A discussion was held with major producers of eggs and poultry meat as part of an initiative by the Competition Protection Commission. The meeting also included Sergey Stepanyan, President of the Poultry Breeders Association. This information has been reported by the CPC.
The producers were presented with new legislative regulations established to ensure fair trade for commercial networks and suppliers, and various issues related to the competitive situation in the sector were also discussed.
The participating producers assured that the egg market in Armenia is self-sufficient, with adequate supplies available, and significant price changes are not expected in the near future.
